Remlee discusses Christmas and Tickles Papa Mark

Grandmère and Papa Mark are in town for the holidays and we had the chance to go to dinner with them on Saturday night. Ray Ray and Mindy joined us as well. It was fun as always, but of course the highlight came when Remlee discussed the finer points of Christmas with Grandmère and found out that Papa Mark is ticklish.

Snow and Snowmen

It seems like all of our snow experiences start out the same. Rem seems to be smiling. She seems to be enjoying it. Prancing around in the snow was the best thing in the world. Even the snowman wasn't so bad at first, but by the end of the morning she was done.

Happy December!

Well December came and with it about 8 inches of snow. I had taken Rem out once before, but never in full gear, so Saturday morning was an adventure that ended in Rem wanting to go in much earlier than we let her. The screaming snow angel kind of sums it up. On a happier note, she was thrilled to go to church in her new christmas dress.

It's a......BOY!

Well, we were able to go to the doctor yesterday for the ultrasound. It is pretty apparent that it is a boy. Yipee!!!!!!! He has a healthy heart rate and a healthy kick. He spent the entire ultrasound kicking Julia as hard as he could. The due date was originally in mid April, but has been moved up to April 8th - ish...

A New Kitchen, the BEEEE movie and McDonalds!

So could life get any better for Remlee? She woke up on her birthday to a new kitchen set. If I could count the number of hotdogs and eggs that she has made for me I would tell you, but even I can't count that high.... She played and played and played until it came time to go to the movies with cousins. Judy and Andrea were brave enough to go with Julia and attempt to control all of the attending cousins. I believe that the movie was a hit for everyone, but not nearly as cool as dinner afterwards. I mean, seriously... what kid doesn't love a happy meal? Lastly, we had one of Rems friends over for the evening. Lucy is one of the reasons that Rem loves nursury. In fact, whenever you mention church, she immediately will start to spew out her three friends names as quickly as possible. Peter, Perry, Lucy! Anyway, I hope you enjoy these pictures.

Celebrating with the cousins

We celebrated the cousins birthdays a week or so ago. Each cousin got their own cupcake with candles and "blew" them out. Since that evening Rem has learned some valuable phrases like, "HAPPY TWO!!!" I mean how has she been able to communicate without such an important phrase?

So today is Remlee's birthday. I can hardly believe that two years ago, Jules finished her senior recital all pregnant and stuff. She was so dang cute! Anyway, I thought that I'd post a few of those pix from back then. We were able to find a cute little kitchen set for her that we set up for her after she went to bed last night. As soon as we get those pictures loaded, we'll post them. She is taking her cousins to a movie and dinner this afternoon which should be a ton of fun for all involved.
